Components for insulating glass units (IGU)

We offer a whole range of state-of-the-art materials by the world’s top brands for glass units production:

• Italy-made ALU-PRO s.r.l. spacer frames and angle bars are offered in width from 5.5 to 17.5 mm, which enables production of IGUs of various width;
• Plastic spacer frame of different colors;
• Galaxy and Siliform molecular sieves. Granule sizes of 1.0 to 1.5 mm, recommended for glass units filled with air and other gases;
• Germany’s KOMMERLING primary sealing materials, butyl tape, Italy’s FENZI butyl (a one-part sealant);
• Secondary sealing materials: FENZI THIOVER two-part thiokol sealant, that is highly adhesive to glass, aluminum, stainless or galvanized steel, and RUD two-part polysulfide sealant produced at a FENZI facility by order of RTD company;
• Decorative profiles for glass units of various types and colors: 8×18 white and 5.5×7.5 gold Baviera series produced by Profilglass Italy;
